The purpose of Pushd® is to be an intermediary between advertising and marketing providers with people who wish to receive information on their personal devices, in exchange for a consideration equivalent to money, which will be paid by Pushd®, to be used in a Pushd® (hereinafter “The Store”) intended for these purposes.

This privacy policy describes how we treat information to support it. Additional tools and information can be obtained in the app settings.

1. About the information we collect.

The type of information we collect depends on how you use Pushd®. In the platform settings you can access the information we collect and how to delete it.

The information and content you provide us: Pushd® collects all the information you provide us at the time of registration on the platform and also all the information you provide for the use of the different functionalities of the platform. This information is most useful for Pushd® since: 

1. It allows establishing the User’s profile and identity.
2. Allows you to avoid fraud.
3. It allows evaluating the ideal advertising for the User.

The information is used by our algorithms to send advertising to the User based on the information he provided us through the platform.

The information we collect is stored on our servers. The information we store corresponds to:

Personal information: Pushd® collects all the personal information provided by the User. Such as full name and age. In addition to those data that are requested during the use of the application, which will be previously notified to the User and the purpose of this request will be informed, these data may be delivered by the User voluntarily. These data are: Month and year of birth, gender (male, female, or prefer not to answer), profession (employed, unemployed, student) and salary range.

Contact Information: Pushd® collects all the User’s personal data related to: the contact’s telephone number and email address.

Location information: Pushd® collects the approximate location of the person when they use the application, which will allow us to use the functionalities of the service and efficiently provide the advertising service. In addition, the user can choose to give Pushd access to their location in the background. This is optional, it allows a better delivery of the service, and the user benefits from it.

The protection of data related to geolocation is considered for all purposes as personal data and, therefore, will be adjusted to the same treatment as Pushd® delivery to the other data of the same character. In addition, the delivery of these data, being considered as sensitive, must be accepted by the User expressly in the terms and conditions that Pushd® available for them.

Information and statistics: Pushd® collects all kinds of information that it considers relevant for the purpose of creating accurate statistics on user preferences and trends, with the aim of using that information to fulfill and enhance the purposes of the platform.

User usage information: Pushd® collects all the information about how you use the services of the application.

Information that users send us: Pushd® collects the information we obtain from users, with the purpose of knowing in detail the users, their tastes and preferences to provide a better service within the application.

Data about the devices and networks that the User accesses or uses: Pushd® collects all information related to the User’s technology provider, the versions of the User’s operating system, the User’s telecommunications company, the User’s telephone number and associated connectivity data.

The User will always be able to access their personal data, modify or update them and, when deemed appropriate, request that they be removed from any registry in accordance with the procedure described in the Terms and Conditions.

2. About how information is collected.

All information collected is intended to create databases that can be used for the direct benefit of users and the platform.

Pushd® It only obtains user data at the time they enter it into the platform and at the time of use of the application.

Pushd® application or websites Pushd® and/or when they directly submit their personal data to Pushd®. All information will be stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The information collected by Pushd® is obtained in the following way:

1. Login with Google: At this time the application collects the name, age and email address of the User.

Pushd® collects the information we obtain from recording anonymous or statistical data, from circumstances such as navigation in the application, IP addresses, transactional statistics, which may be shared in such a way that it is not known to which User it belongs.

3. About how information is stored.

The data collected and archived in relation to users will be stored or processed through delocalized cloud. In this case Pushd® undertakes to enter into agreements with our suppliers that include information security guarantees.

Part of the user assistance services may be provided by external companies under the same condition indicated above. Among other things, these services may consist of providing support, the delivery of an order, the processing of a payment or any other service that is not part of the Pushd®.

By registering, you agree that the information collected may be transferred, stored or processed by companies outside of Pushd®. The suppliers and external companies of Pushd® They are expressly prohibited from using the User’s information for any other purpose than for the services delivered to Pushd®.

4. About when information is used and disclosed.

Pushd® does not use the data for any other purpose than those declared in this privacy policy and that is not useful for the use of the application. The purpose of data collection is determined by the circumstances in which the information was recorded or submitted by the User.

Pushd® declares to keep the data stored for the entire period of time necessary to complete the purposes described in the Terms and Conditions.

Pushd® will not deliver the personal information of users to third parties.

Pushd® It will only provide information to public institutions when they require it with a court order.

In the event of a merger and/or purchase of Pushd®, each User will be notified and will be required to expressly express their consent in order to transfer their information to the acquiring company, unless said operation involves the merger and/or purchase by another of the societies or companies of the same and current owners of Pushd®.

The information collected is used to operate our company in the best way and in view of the needs of our users. Especially if it relates to users in:

• The provision of goods and services between the User and our company.
• Verification of the User’s identity.
• Communicate with the User about their relationship with Pushd®.
• Our advertising and promotions to Users and prospects.
• Competitions, surveys and questionnaires.
• Any other that is related to our platforms.

Pushd® investigate any complaint or matter that it considers relevant and involves users directly or indirectly. It will also investigate when there are well-founded reasons to suspect that a User has contravened our Terms and Conditions or that the User is or has been directly involved in an illegal activity, contrary to good customs and public order.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User authorizes Pushd® to:

• Use the email indicated by the User for the purpose of sending notifications to the User and /or third parties.
• Indicate your name in the notifications sent.
• Send information corresponding to Pushd® and related companies to emails.
• Use the information collected for the generation of statistical reports.

The information obtained from the analyzed statistics may be shared or marketed with third parties, always respecting the anonymous nature of each User. The User already accepts said faculty of Pushd®.

5. On data security and protection.

We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful behavior, detect and prevent spam and other negative experiences, maintain the integrity of our products, and promote safety within the members of the Pushd®, consistent with the application of the provided by article 19 No. 4 of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Chile and Law No. 19,628 on Personal Data Protection. Likewise, we try to comply with the highest data protection standards, including compliance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

Due to this, the User will be asked for personal data, which will only be used for the services provided by Pushd® or by third-party service and content providers, in strict accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.

Pushd® undertakes to safeguard the information of its users. Pushd® reviews and updates its systems and data to deliver a quality service to our users.

At Pushd® we take all reasonable precautions to protect data from unauthorized access.

If systems or data are invaded by cyber attacks, Pushd® will act quickly to solve the problem caused and also reserves the right to report the act to the competent authority in order to pursue and initiate the corresponding legal actions. Likewise, it will notify the entire community when there is any violation that could affect them.

The security of transactions and communications sent by electronic means are not the responsibility of Pushd®. Each user who provides information to us via the Internet does so at their own risk. Pushd® takes care of the misuse, loss or unauthorized access to data in those cases where the security of the information is not under our control.

Pushd® privacyor security practices of third parties (including third parties that are permitted to disclose an individual’s information in accordance with this security policy or any applicable law). The collection and use of an individual’s information by third parties may be subject to a different Privacy and Security Policy than ours.

If an individual suspects misuse or loss of their data, or unauthorized access, they must immediately notify the email: support@pushd.xyz.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage or claim arising from the use of the information by another person if we are authorized to provide that information to you.

6. How can I manage or delete information about me?

We provide you with the possibility of accessing your data, rectifying and deleting it, as well as obtaining its portability. You can get more information in the Pushd® or in the Terms and Conditions.

We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide you with our Pushd®, or until your account is deleted, whichever comes first. The need for the data is determined on a case-by-case basis and is driven by factors such as the nature of the data, the reason for the collection and processing, and any applicable legal or operational retention needs.

When you delete your account, we delete the content you’ve provided, so you won’t be able to retrieve that information. You can delete your account whenever you want from the Pushd®, and you can request a total deletion of your data by sending an email to support@pushd.xyz.
